Exporb structures your captured data into fields that align with Salesforce standard objects: contact name maps to Lead Name, email to Email, company to Company, job title to Title, phone to Phone, AI lead score to Lead Score (custom field), and voice memo transcripts and notes map to the Description field. This makes import straightforward with little to no manual mapping.
For Salesforce-side deduplication, you can use Salesforce built-in duplicate rules or Data Import Wizard matching to prevent creating duplicates of contacts that already exist in your CRM.
