How Conversation Sharing Works

Tap Share
Open any contact detail page and tap the Share button. Choose whether to share with yourself (email to your own address) or with others (enter their email and optional CC).
Link Generated
Exporb creates a unique share link using a secure sharing link. A 4-digit PIN code is generated and included in the email for the recipient.
Recipient Enters PIN
The recipient clicks the link and enters the 4-digit code. After 10 failed attempts, the link auto-revokes for security. The link expires after 30 days.
View & Export
Recipients see the full contact profile: details, AI insights, audio player, and follow-up actions. They can export to PDF or CSV without creating an Exporb account.

Conversation Sharing FAQ
Open the contact detail page and tap the Share button. Choose "Share with others" and enter their email address (plus an optional CC). They receive an email with a link and a 4-digit PIN code to access the conversation.

They see the contact name, company, and details, plus AI-generated insights (summary, key interests, sentiment, lead score), an audio player for the recording, and follow-up actions. Everything except your internal notes.
Yes. Choose "Share with self" to email the conversation to your own address. Useful for sending leads to your personal inbox or a different device.
After 30 days, the link becomes inactive and returns a "link expired" message. You can create a new share link from the contact detail page at any time.
Shared links automatically revoke after 10 failed PIN attempts. The 30-day expiry ensures links do not persist indefinitely.
