From sign-up to your first captured lead in under 2 minutes. Follow the steps below and you will be ready for your next trade show.

A guided wizard walks you through setup. No documentation needed, but here is what to expect.

Set Your Name and Avatar

Choose your display name and upload a profile photo. This is how your team will identify you when you capture leads together.

Choose Your Use Case

Tell us how you plan to use Exporb: trade shows, conferences, networking events, or client meetings. This customizes your experience.

Test Your Microphone

Exporb uses your microphone for voice recordings. A quick test ensures everything works before your event. Grant permission when prompted.

Make Your First Demo Recording

Practice the capture flow with a quick test recording. See how voice notes, selfies, and card capture work together in under 30 seconds.

Choose a Plan

Select the plan that fits your needs. Free plan includes 10 AI credits per month. This step is skipped if you already subscribed during sign-up.

Create Your First Exhibition

After onboarding, create an exhibition to organize your leads by event.

Exhibition Title

Give your event a name: "Canton Fair 2026", "CES Las Vegas", or "Medical Device Expo".

Location

Add the venue or city. Helps your team find the right event when managing multiple shows.

Dates

Set start and end dates. Exporb organizes your leads chronologically within each event.

Your First Capture

The capture flow is designed to be fast: record, selfie, card, notes, save. Under 30 seconds per lead.

Open /new-note and Record

Navigate to the new note screen and tap the record button. Speak about your conversation, key topics, or agreements. Stop when done.

Selfie Popup

A selfie prompt appears automatically after recording. Snap a quick photo with your contact or skip. Helps you remember faces after meeting 50+ people.

Card Popup

Next, photograph their business card. Supports JPEG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC. The image saves locally, so no WiFi is needed on the trade show floor.

Notes

Add any additional text notes: follow-up items, product interests, pricing discussed. All fields are optional so the flow stays fast.

Save

Tap save. Your contact is stored locally and syncs to the cloud in the background. The entire flow takes under 30 seconds per lead.

AI Enrichment

After capturing a contact, tap the AI Enrich button on their detail page. One tap, one credit, full enrichment.
