All filters apply together so you can slice your contact list instantly.

Yes. Select multiple contacts via checkboxes, then perform bulk actions: bulk delete with a confirmation dialog and bulk export of filtered contacts in any supported format (CSV, JSON, PDF). You can select all or deselect all with a single toggle. AI enrichment is available per contact from the detail page.

Each contact has a full detail page where you can click to edit any field inline, play back the audio recording with play/pause/seek controls, view the selfie and business card photos in a lightbox, review the AI insights panel (summary, key interests, pain points, opportunities, and follow-up actions), share the conversation via a PIN-protected link with a 30-day expiry, and export the individual contact as a PDF report.
