Watch Every Lead
Come in Live
A real-time feed of every lead capture across your team. See who is scanning, who is recording, and which booths are on fire. No hovering over shoulders, no walkie-talkie check-ins, no "how many did you get?"
Know What Your Team Is Doing Without Looking Over Their Shoulders
The feed gives the team lead full visibility into every capture across every booth. No walkie-talkies, no manual check-ins, no spreadsheets updated by hand at the end of the day.
Real-Time Event Stream
Every lead capture, scan, and voice note appears in the feed within seconds. No one has to ask "how many did you get?" — the feed answers that question for the whole team.
Per-Rep Activity Dashboard
See who is capturing, who is scanning, and who has been quiet. Spot your top performers and the reps who might need a hand — all from one screen.
Auto-Refreshing Feed
The feed updates itself. No browser reload, no refresh button, no polling checkbox to enable. It just runs. The team lead can keep the feed open on a tablet and glance at it between conversations.
Booth and Rep Filtering
Toggle filters to zoom in on a specific booth, a particular rep, or leads above a score threshold. Filters apply instantly. Useful when you want to watch just one part of the show floor.
Built-In Leaderboard
Ranks reps by total captures, scans, and hot leads. The leaderboard recalculates as events stream in. It gives the team a little friendly competition and the lead a fast pulse check.
Zero Configuration
There is nothing to set up, enable, or configure. The feed starts working the moment your team starts capturing leads inside an active exhibition. It pulls from the same data your reps are already producing.

How the Activity Feed Works
Four steps from capture to leaderboard. No configuration, no setup.
Rep Captures a Lead
A rep scans a business card, records a voice note, or enters a lead manually at the booth. The action saves to the cloud immediately.
Event Hits the Feed
Within seconds, the capture event appears in the activity feed. The entry shows who captured it, what action they took, the lead name and company, and the booth location.
AI Analysis Completes
When AI enrichment finishes processing the lead, the feed entry updates with a lead score and a signal badge — hot, warm, or cold.
Leaderboard Recalculates
The leaderboard updates with each new event. Rankings shift in real time as reps pull ahead or fall behind in captures, scans, and hot leads.
Exporb Live Feed vs. How Teams Usually Do It
Most teams rely on walkie-talkies, end-of-day spreadsheets, or manual check-ins. The feed replaces all three.
When the Feed Earns Its Keep
Three real scenarios where the activity feed changes how a team runs a trade show.
Team Lead Watching the Floor
The team lead opens the feed on a tablet at the edge of the booth. Without walking the floor or interrupting anyone, they see that Sarah already scanned 12 cards at Booth C while the far corner booth is quiet. They send someone to help without hovering.
Mid-Event Pulse Check
Lunch break. The lead pulls up the leaderboard. Three reps are neck and neck on hot leads. They mention it when the team regroups — a little friendly competition that needs no spreadsheet and no manual tally.
Quiet Rep Detection
One rep has not appeared in the feed for 45 minutes. The lead notices before anyone else would. They check in — turns out the rep's card scanner was acting up. The lead swaps them to a different device and they are back in the feed within minutes.
Feed Filters
Narrow the feed to exactly what you need to see. Filters apply instantly and can stack.
- By repToggle individual team members on or off. Watch one rep or the whole team.
- By boothFilter to a specific booth location. See which booths are getting the most engagement.
- By lead scoreShow only hot leads, or everything above warm. Cut through the noise during busy shows.
- By action typeFilter to card scans only, voice notes only, or manual entries only.
Leaderboard Mechanics
The leaderboard runs alongside the feed and updates with every new event. Three ranking dimensions give a full picture of team performance.
- Total capturesEvery lead entry counts. Card scans, voice notes, manual entries — all weighted equally. Good for overall activity tracking.
- Total scansCard scans only. Useful when scanning speed matters and you want to see who is working the floor fastest.
- Hot leadsLeads scored hot by the AI. This measures quality over quantity. A rep with 5 hot leads ranks above one with 20 cold ones.
- Sortable columnsClick any column header to re-sort. The leaderboard remembers your sort preference for the session.
How the Feed Stays Fast
The feed runs lightweight polling that does not slow down the app or drain battery. Here is what keeps it efficient.
Privacy and Scope
The feed is designed to give the team lead visibility without invading rep privacy. Here is how we drew that line.
- Exhibition-scopedThe feed only shows activity from the current exhibition. Reps working a different event are not visible.
- Private notes stay privateReps can write private notes on leads that do not appear in the feed. Only shared notes are visible to the team.
- No GPS or location trackingThe feed shows booth assignments, not real-time rep locations. There is no tracking beyond what the rep has already entered.
- Read-only for viewersThe feed is a monitoring tool. Viewers cannot edit, delete, or modify lead data from the feed. Full access requires the lead detail page.
Live Activity Feed FAQ
The feed refreshes every few seconds automatically. When a rep captures a lead, scans a card, or finishes a voice note, the event appears in the feed within 3 to 5 seconds. No browser reload, no manual refresh button. The feed streams events via polling that runs efficiently in the background.
Yes. The feed has filter controls at the top. You can toggle individual team members on or off, filter by booth location, or narrow the feed to show only leads that scored above a certain threshold. Filters apply instantly without reloading the page.
The leaderboard updates alongside the feed, recalculating rankings as new events come in. Reps are ranked by total captures, scans, and hot leads. You can sort by any of those three metrics. The leaderboard gives the team lead a quick pulse check without needing to watch the full feed.
No setup at all. The feed pulls from the same event-wide data your team is already producing. As soon as your exhibition is created and team members start capturing leads, the feed populates automatically. There is nothing to configure, enable, or turn on.
Yes. The feed is backed by the same database that stores all your leads. After the show ends, you can scroll back through the full timeline. Each event entry links to the actual lead record, so you can click through to see the full contact details, notes, and AI analysis from any feed entry.
Each entry shows the rep name, the action type (card scan, voice note, manual entry), the lead name and company, the booth location, and a timestamp. When AI analysis completes, the entry updates with the lead score and a signal badge (hot, warm, or cold). You can click any entry to open the full lead profile.
