6. Content Moderation
Exporb is a business application where users store their own professional contact information. While we do not actively moderate user content, we maintain policies to address illegal content and misuse.
6.1 Prohibited Content
Users may not use Exporb to store, transmit, or share:
- Content that violates applicable laws
- Personal data collected without proper consent
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Malicious software or harmful code
- Content promoting illegal activities
6.2 Formal Notice-and-Action Mechanism (Art.16)
In accordance with Article 16 of the DSA, any individual or entity may report content they believe is illegal through our formal notice mechanism:

Reports must include:
- A sufficiently precise description of the allegedly illegal content

8. Algorithmic Decision-Making
Exporb uses artificial intelligence (provided by Google) for the following purposes:
- Audio Transcription: Converting voice recordings to text
- Contact Extraction: Identifying contact information from transcripts
- Meeting Summaries: Generating summaries of recorded conversations
These AI features are used solely to assist users in organizing their business contacts. They do not make automated decisions that significantly affect users' legal rights or access to the service. Users can review and edit all AI-generated content.
9. Transparency Reports (Art.15)
In accordance with Article 15 of the DSA, we publish annual transparency reports containing information about content moderation activities, orders received from authorities, reports received through our notice mechanism, and actions taken.

As a small/micro enterprise, our reporting reflects that Exporb is not classified as a Very Large Online Platform (VLOP) under Article 33 of the DSA. Content moderation metrics are minimal due to the B2B nature of the service.
10. Complaint Handling
Users affected by content moderation decisions have the right to appeal through our internal complaint-handling system:

- Review: Appeals are reviewed by qualified personnel

Exporb qualifies as a service provided by a small/micro enterprise and is not classified as a Very Large Online Platform (VLOP) or Very Large Online Search Engine (VLOSE) under Article 33 of the DSA.
