Aeon Kosmos, LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards.
1. Our Commitment

3. Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, there are some known limitations we are actively working to address:
Audio Recording UI
Issue: Real-time waveform visualizations during recording may not be fully accessible to screen reader users.
Workaround: Audio recording status is announced via text ("Recording...", "Paused", "Stopped"). Visual-only waveforms do not affect core functionality.
Business Card Scanning
Issue: OCR-based business card scanning requires visual input and may be challenging for users with low vision.
Workaround: Users can manually enter contact information via fully accessible forms.
Third-Party Integrations
Issue: Some third-party services (Stripe payment forms, Supabase authentication) are embedded via iframes or external scripts and may have their own accessibility limitations.
Status: We select third-party providers that maintain their own accessibility compliance (Stripe maintains WCAG 2.1 AA compliance for their hosted payment pages). If you encounter accessibility issues with embedded services, please report them to us.
We are actively working to improve these areas in future updates. See Section 7 for our roadmap.
